Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without giving any reason.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

• Sealed audio items (CDs, vinyl, cassette tapes) cannot be returned if opened/unsealed after delivery.

• Custom/personalised items made specifically to customer specifications are non-refundable unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including standard outgoing delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Please note: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
